GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE (CP12)
I carry out Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) on properties on behalf of landlords. I can even liaise with tenants to arrange a convenient time to call.
NEW GAS SUPPLY FOR COOKER
If you’d like a Gas Cooker but need a Gas supply for it – then I am here to help. I can run pipework and install the new cooker... wherever you want it!
NEW SHOWER
Replacing an old shower or installing a brand new one.. I’ll take care of everything. I install bathrooms – and showers – and shower cubicles so whatever you need I am here to help.
NEW BATHROOM
If you’re thinking about upgrading your bathroom I’d love to help! I can relocate boilers, relocate water supplies – you could completely re-model the room if you like. Or... if you fancy a bit of a facelift – I could give you some ideas on maybe improving your shower or taps, or just changing the bathroom suite.
MOVING BOILER INTO THE LOFT
With accessible loft space – I can move your boiler into it and free up some space in your home. Just give me a call and I’d be happy to come and chat about what you’d like to do.
BLOCKED PIPES
If you’ve got a problem with blocked pipes just give me a call – I’ll come and see how I can fix it.
THERMOSTATIC RADIATOR VALVES
After a long summer – with the radiators sitting unused... I often find that the little pins in TRVs – Thermostatic Radiator Valves , can stick and break. If you find that yours isn’t working properly then it’s an easy job for me to change TRVs – and it’s not at all expensive...
NEW THERMOSTAT
If your boiler’s thermostat isn’t working properly I can supply one to match – or even upgrade to give you more control over your central heating and hot water. I’ll need to come and have a look at it to be sure I can source a new thermostat replacement – and we can also have a chat about other possible options...
BURST PIPES
If you’ve got a burst pipe – turn off the mains supply and call me straight away!
BROKEN TOILET
If you find yourself with a broken toilet, then don’t worry – just give me a call and I’ll see what we can do to fix it!
LEAKING TAPS
Leaking taps can cost so much in waste water that it’s definitely worth getting them fixed. It won’t take me long and I’ll only charge for the time we’re there and a minimal cost for parts used.
NEW WATER OUTLET
Bought a shiny new fridge with a water dispenser? but need a new water supply for it? I’ll sort out the plumbing for you... just let me have a look a where you need the supply and I’ll give you a fixed price for the work. I can install new water outlets for your kitchen appliances too.
NEW RADIATORS
Replacing old radiators doesn’t have to be a HUGE job. I can match your existing sizes or advise on what kind and size of radiator would be best for each room. Give me a call and we’ll come and have a look.
